Hyundai

For the „Hyundai Project,“ I developed a modern and appealing website that gives the brand’s car dealerships across Germany a fresh and contemporary look. As part of the project, I photographed around 30 dealerships nationwide and professionally edited the images to showcase them digitally in the best possible way. The result is a visual presentation that emphasizes Hyundai’s brand values and puts the dealerships in the best light.

Ludwig Freytag

For the Ludwig Freytag corporate group project, the focus was on creating a strong and unified digital presence to specifically boost recruitment for all 17 individual companies in the group.

My responsibilities included the complete management of the social media channels, including the creation of all photo, video, and text content. With a strategic approach, targeted paid ads campaigns were developed that effectively support the application process and increase the corporate group’s visibility as an attractive employer.

A key milestone of the project was the development of a careers page that provides potential applicants with a clear and engaging overview of the diverse opportunities within the corporate group. By combining creativity, strategy, and targeted content, a strong employer branding platform was created that positions Ludwig Freytag as an innovative and modern employer.

Globetrotter

For the „Globetrotter“ project, the focus was on building a successful presence on TikTok. As one of the largest European outdoor retailers, Globetrotter aimed to specifically target younger audiences while also promoting the recruitment of new talent.

I was responsible for the complete management of the TikTok channel—from editorial planning to conceptualization and the execution of creative video ideas. Through strategic content marketing, high-quality video and photo shoots, as well as tailored campaigns, impressive growth was achieved within five months: from 0 to 11,400 followers.

A special highlight of the project was a workshop in the Alps that I conceptualized and organized, in which Globetrotter trainees were actively involved in content creation. The combination of strategy, creativity, and targeted audience engagement has turned the TikTok channel into a successful tool for brand engagement and employer branding.
